Feb 13I’m the business person responsible for delivering a custom software development project. We’ve hired a 3rd party development shop. The client has a fixed budget and timeline. We have incomplete specs and the timeline is short. We’ve prioritized features and know what absolutely must be delivered for launch. What’s the best way to manage the specification and delivery of nice-to-have features in this scenario?
