I hope someone can help.

I would like to set up an online company which would be based out in Australia for the Australian market. As this is online I could set up the website in the UK and start to make this work here, before moving.

Does anyone know the criteria for what the company needs to be earning in revenue / profit before you are able to immigrate and get the correct visa? and what the time frame would be?
